Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) feels like riding one hundred miles on a bike, partying until 2 a.m., waking up with the flu, and never getting well. After physical, mental or emotional exertion, people with CFS suffer a malaise that can last from 48 hours to weeks. Imagine riding for just a few miles and feeling achy, exhausted, and you can’t think. That’s what CFS is in non-clinical terms; it’s healthy, active, driven people who are often its victims. Join our effort to improve treatments for and care of those with CFS by giving a gift to The Morton Fund for CFS. The Morton Gift Fund supports research to further understand the link between CFS and potential causes of the condition.
