Nominations are open for the University of Miami Young Alumni Leaders Council’s annual 30 Under 30 program, which spotlights 30 ’Canes under 30 years of age making impressive strides in their communities.

Every year, a new class of ’Canes emerges into the world equipped with the tools to create lasting and meaningful change. And each year, the Young Alumni Leaders Council chooses 30 of the most outstanding ’Canes to applaud their exemplary efforts.

We are seeking nominations of exceptional alumni making significant impacts on their communities for the opportunity to be featured as one of the 30 Under 30. Those selected for the list are young leaders who continue to challenge the status quo while representing the best of the University of Miami community.

To be considered, a nominee must have received an undergraduate or graduate degree from the University of Miami, must be 29 years old or younger as of May 31, 2024, and cannot have received this award in the past. Self-nominations will be considered.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their contributions to their profession, community, and the University.

Consider nominating yourself or someone you know for the opportunity to be featured alongside some of the best and brightest as part of the 30 Under 30. Nominations are due by Friday, December 1, 2023.

For any questions regarding eligibility, please contact the Young Alumni Leaders Council Programming Committee at yalc@miami.edu
