Homecoming at the University of Miami is back for 2021 and we can’t wait to welcome you to campus to celebrate with us! All the cherished homecoming traditions that we missed last year are returning—illuminated this year by Ever Brighter: The Campaign for Our Next Century.
Join students, fellow alumni, faculty, staff, and community members on November 5, 2021, for an early-evening festival on Foote Green in the heart of campus. Here you will find food trucks, a fun zone, and a stage with special Homecoming programming. There will also be a tent village showcasing our schools, colleges, UHealth—the University of Miami Health System, student organizations, and more—and the impact the campaign will have on our collective efforts to shape a brighter world.*
The ’Canes Lounge will be open on Lakeside Patio for ticketed guests, and all are welcome to join us for the evening’s highlight: the fireworks and boat burning over and on Lake Osceola. Then, the next day, November 6, join the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for the Coors Light Pre-Game Chillgate before cheering on the Miami Hurricanes as they take the field against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Hard Rock Stadium.
