Joyce A. Galya Excellence Award
In 2009, the Citizens Board created an award in Joyce’s honor that is bestowed annually to a deserving recipient who best defines excellence and leadership within the Citizens Board. It is a difficult award to earn as it honors the person who meets the standard that Joyce set as the first recipient of this award.

Sebastian’s Up & Comer Award
