Thousands of alumni and friends of the U and their families thronged the Coral Gables campus for Alumni Weekend and Homecoming, partaking in cherished traditions a century in the making: the boat burning and fireworks, the Band of the Hour and Sebastian, Canes Lounge and Hurricane Howl, class and affinity group reunions, and much more, capped off with a rousing 38-10 victory for the Hurricanes in the Homecoming game.
