Gratitude to Our Future Physicians

 

In a major rite of passage, the Miller School of Medicine Class of 2026 participated in the John G. Clarkson Freshman White Coat and Pinning Ceremony on August 19. The Miller School’s Medical Alumni Association, as well as other donors, gave every student a Miller-branded stethoscope as a way of welcoming them to the school.

 

A Major Milestone

The Miller School M.D. Class of 2026 celebrated the start of their journey with an in-person orientation. Dean Ford kicked off the two-day orientation on August 4 with an address to the students.

Bascom Palmer Eye Institute is once again ranked No. 1 in ophthalmology in the 2022 U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” rankings. Sylvester moves into the top 50 and neurology/ neurosurgery vaults into the top 25.
